The Ramona
The building will be 6-stories above one level of underground parking on a full-block site in the Pearl, with 138 apartments that are primarily 2 and 3 bedroom units. This will be an affordable housing complex, based on affordability requirements. All units will include free parking and high-speed internet. Completion of this project is slated for late April of 2011.
